Shift Manager

Purpose of the Position Manage multiple departments on a shift to ensure that product is processed, packaged and stored in a manner that meets customer, FDA/USDA, and company requirements. Ensures goals are achieved while demonstrating a commitment to employee safety, teamwork and communication.
