
Quality Assurance Operation Specialist
Job Description
JOB TITLE
Quality Assurance Improvement
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Develop, update, and maintain detailed reports for accurate communication of field quality status (Before sales, 3M, 12M, 36M, WM, CPU, and DPU) for management.
• Respond promptly to data requests from supporting departments and cross-functional teams to expedite quality improvement activities.
• Inform the responsible Improvement Specialist & AM of emerging quality issues based on detailed warranty claim analysis and follow-up on improvement.
• Coordinate and update improvement database to document improvement activities, implementation dates, and current status of quality issues.
• Analyze field claim data & recall/campaign issue and make necessary input/actions.
• Review warranty field claims for correct processing, request changes as necessary.
• Make EWR (Early Warning Report) for launched models to report and share to HMGMA.
• Meet all other requirements as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Science, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred
Preferred:
• 0-5 years of job related experience preferred
• 1–3 years job related experience in automotive industry desired

Strong command of the English language (written and spoken) is essential for safety, communication, documentation, and collaboration across the organization.
Physical Demands
While in Office:
This position is primarily sedentary and requires working at a desk and computer for extended periods. Responsibilities may include:
• Occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 15 pounds)
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk within the office environment as needed
When in Production Area (if applicable):
• Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended durations
• Repeated lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials and products (up to 25–30 pounds)
• Manual dexterity for handling power tools, machinery, or production equipment
• Working in environments that may be noisy, hot, or require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to climb ladders or stairs and operate equipment safely and effectively
• Capability to learn and work on multiple production processes, as required
• Adequate visual and auditory abilities to identify safety hazards and communicate clearly
• Consistent and punctual attendance
• Ability to collaborate and perform effectively in a team-oriented environment
