Job Description
The PM Support Manager provides strategic leadership for project management support functions within the Headquarters Project Management Office. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining Church-wide standards for project management, cost management, procurement processes, and project controls. The manager leads efforts to train, mentor, and support Area personnel in the application of these standards, ensuring consistent and effective project delivery across a diverse global portfolio. The role collaborates closely with PMO leadership, Architecture & Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Area teams to drive operational excellence, improve project outcomes, and strengthen organizational project management capabilities.
