Your role : 

As a field‑based Brand Account Manager for Oakley, Ray‑Ban and Bliz, you drive sales performance and brand presence across South Sweden’s independent sport channel. You manage a diverse portfolio of sunglasses, goggles and helmets, build strong customer relationships, and ensure our brands are represented with excellence in every store. This role requires extensive travel across Sweden and a high level of autonomy. 

 

Main responsibilities: 

  • Sales Delivery: Achieve targeted sales volumes, values, return rates, and distribution goals by understanding customer needs and translating them into commercial results.

  • Account Development: Build long‑term partnerships through frequent store visits, proactive communication, and a consultative approach.

  • Territory Management: Ensure consistent coverage and service quality across all accounts, following company visit‑frequency guidelines.

  • Brand Advocacy: Train store teams on brand stories, product features, and visual merchandising to drive strong customer recommendation and sell‑through.

  • Seasonal Sell‑In: Present new collections to clients twice per year and secure orders aligned with the annual commercial plan.

  • Lead Generation: Follow up on new leads and referrals generated through field activity.

  • Event Support: Participate in local and international events, trade marketing initiatives, and visual merchandising projects.

  • Stock & Order Management: Monitor product assortment, stock levels and replenishment needs; ensure timely order entry and execution.

  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer concerns related to products, service or commercial terms.

  • Policy Compliance: Ensure correct application of commercial policies across your territory.

  • Team Contribution: Bring positive energy, share insights, and contribute to a high‑performing, collaborative team culture.

 

Main requirements: 

  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; confident presenting to customers. Fluent Swedish and English.

  • Digital Skills: Proficient with Apple iPad, PC tools and Microsoft Office.

  • Industry Experience: prior experience in sports, fashion or FMCG in a field sales position. 

  • Mobility: Full, clean driving licence and passport; comfortable with extensive travel across Sweden.

  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated customer service and selling experience.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

 

Working hours and environment: 

The normal working hours will be full time, Monday to Friday. The role is predominantly field based; approximately 80-90% of your time will be spent visiting customers. You may occasionally need to attend conferences, events, trade fairs and exhibitions. Your job will involve frequent overnight stays away from home.
