The purpose of this role is to fulfil the content requirements of all clients. Leads conception, planning and delivery of content that brings great ideas to life across all solutions.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Social Strategic Planning:

  • Develop, refine, and implement social media & outreach strategies in terms of social ideas, viral tactics aligned with brand objectives, and planning strategy direction under supervisor guidances

  • Develop an Influencer Marketing approach in order to propose profiles & formats for tailor-made campaigns under supervisor guidances

  • Support to maintain on the quality of social briefs, ensuring clarity, creativity, and alignment with campaign objectives

Social Content Management:

  • Uphold creative standards for social media content, providing regular reviews and structured feedback to internal teams under supervisor guidances

  • Maintain open communication with creative, planning, account and stakeholder teams to ensure timely delivery of assets

  • Support to coordinate the rollout of content across multiple social platforms, ensuring brand consistency and platform relevance

  • Identify and resolve disconnects in messaging or execution, collaborating with stakeholders to adjust content as needed

Social Execution:

  • Support or leading execution social campaigns to manage, oversee, coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams under supervisor guidances

  • Support social coordination and work with vendors, KOLs, and content creators to produce outcomes in line with social content directions that aligned with master campaign strategy & creative concepts

  • Social platform daily management for brands includes publishing, monitoring, protocol management, and analyzing content across platforms on social media

  • Manage social communities (fanpage, groups) to deploy outcomes following the campaign journey

  • Monitor real-time performance and audience engagement, adjusting tactics for maximum impact

  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns

Requirements:

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in English (Intermediate, both oral and written)

  • Good understanding of major social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, etc.) and their unique features, possess knowledge of influencer marketing and updates on social trends

  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative, engaging, and data-driven social media strategies

  • Proficient in social media management and analytics tools

  • Good communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

  • Strong eye for detail, creative thinking, and ability to work discipline under tight deadlines
