Position Description: 

The Senior Order Replenishment Analyst is responsible for overseeing daily ordering and replenishment functions and provide advanced data analysis. This role ensures optimal inventory levels across multiple business units and drives process improvements to maintain efficient operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact with vendors, understanding their policies to address customer service challenges.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure appropriate inventory levels to meet customer needs through effective forecast review and order execution.
  • Develop and standardize processes and improve existing processes and systems to create efficienceis.
  • Oversee all ordering and replenishment functions across multiple business units.
  • Oversee and respond to field inquiries, ensuring timely communication between teams and efficient and productive operations.
  • Proactively identify stock-out issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide inventory reports to facilitate identification of issues, make decisions and communicate inventory status to Supply Chain leadership
  • Review and process orders in accordance with purchasing policies and procedures as well as manage transfer orders.
  • Support the cross training, coaching and development of the team.
  • Utilize advanced data analysis to achieve vendor goals.
