🕒 Shift: Days | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hours may vary)
📅 Schedule: Full-Time
📄 Status: Non‑Exempt | Remote Work: Not eligible

Role Overview
As a Medical Assistant, you will support providers and clinical staff by assisting with patient care, administrative tasks, and coordination of daily office operations. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive patient experience and delivering high-quality, efficient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist providers with patient exams, procedures, and treatments
- Obtain patient histories and vital information
- Perform routine lab procedures and prepare specimens for transport
- Follow up on test orders and communicate results to providers and patients
- Maintain and update patient electronic medical records (EMR)
- Provide patient education materials and support patient inquiries
- Maintain and clean medical equipment and order clinical supplies
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and CLIA regulations
- Support overall clinical workflow and patient care
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
🎓 Education – Required
- High School Diploma or GED
🎓 Certifications – Required
- Medical Assistant certification within 6 months of hire OR
- Active credential as EMT, NREMT, Paramedic, or LPN
Experience
- Preferred: 2 years of Medical Assistant experience
