We are looking for a Surgical Technologist to support our Main Operating Room at Baptist Medical Center Beaches. This Surgical Technologist position will be a full-time day position.
As a Surgical Technologist for the Main OR, your responsibilities include:
- Preparing for and assisting with surgical procedures in the scrub role
- Managing case readiness for the day
- Assisting in preparation and organization for the upcoming week
- Assembling, organizing and maintaining a sterile field for operative procedures
- Assists in the care and maintenance of the equipment and instrumentation in surgical services
Experience Requirements:
- Less than 1 year Surgical Technologist Experience
Education & Credential Requirements:
- High School Diploma Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
