Job Description

Provides clinical medical physics services for the Department of Radiation Oncology.   Clinical medical physics services must be performed at a high standard and include: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice recommendations; Equipment calibration, quality assurance, and maintenance; Treatment plan review and approval; Managing equipment and software issues including troubleshooting and engaging required IST, service engineering, and help desk support; Implementing new technology including acceptance, commissioning, process development, and training; Continually evaluating and improving departmental processes and capabilities within the purview of medical physics.   Participate in research and educational efforts.   Support and assist physicians,...
