About the role
Lloyd & Whyte, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for a Business Development Consultant to join our Membership Plans team in their Taunton office.
As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and advice to clients to maximise client satisfaction and achieve the Payment Plan growth & development targets, in support of the business strategy. You will also be providing support and coaching to the team, ensuring a consistent approach is adopted and best practice is followed.

What you'll be doing
Be an expert in providing holistic payment plan reviews , identifying areas for efficiencies and growth where appropriate
Deliver individual and team targets, service KPI's and meet workflow standards
Maintain a comprehensive time management system and workflow log to manage day to day work
Manage relationships with assigned clients, including thorough quarterly reviews
Work with your and other teams as required to maximise new and existing client opportunities
What you'll need to have
Confident and capable of building long term rapport over the telephone, face to face or by video meeting to provide an excellent client experience
Target driven attitude
Creative and effective in helping to shape the team to focus on service, quality standards and efficiency
Organised, resourceful, deadline driven and supportive of the wider team
Consistent adherence to professional standards

Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance
Preferably working towards Chartered Insurance Institute Diploma in Insurance or equivalent
