Job Summary:
The Registration Desk Specialist serves as the primary receptionist for the program, handling incoming calls and providing essential clerical and administrative support. This role ensures smooth front-office operations and supports various program functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Answer telephones and triage calls, gathering and logging pertinent information.
Serve as receptionist for the program, ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area.
Perform routine clerical tasks including typing, filing, copying, and faxing.
Maintain confidential and organized office filing systems.
Register individuals and input data into computer systems.
Oversee use, maintenance, and repair of office equipment.
Assist with ordering and stocking office supplies.
Support billing and audit data collection processes.
Maintain petty cash in accordance with organizational policies.
Adhere to The Centers’ compliance standards, including Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
License or Certification:
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of clerical or office experience required
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
High level of organization and accuracy
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Working Conditions:
May work in an office or behavioral health facility.
May have contact with individuals who are agitated or confused.
Physical demands include frequent sitting, standing, walking, and use of hands.
May require lifting up to 20 pounds.
Requires use of corrected vision, color vision, and auditory senses.
