Senior Bioinformatics Software Engineer, Applications

The Applications Tool Development team is looking for a senior bioinformatics software developer to help turn promising genomic analysis methods, prototypes, and workflows into reliable, maintainable software. We expect the candidate to have strong software engineering experience, proven contributions to real-world codebases, and proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, or a similar language. Experience with genomic data analysis and/or regulated software development will be a major plus.
