This position reports to:
Department Manager__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead all on-site activities for large/complex project site work. Each day, you will ensure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements. You will also showcase your expertise by maintaining a detailed and up-to-date construction Health and Safety (H&S) plan with respect to each work package.

You will be mainly accountable for:

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Lead end-to-end site execution – from mobilization to commissioning and final handover
- Define and drive execution strategy for installation and commissioning activities
- Manage site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and contractual requirements
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning performance
- Drive cost control, planning, and risk & opportunity management
- Act as the primary customer interface on site
- Ensure complete documentation and project closure
Qualifications for the role
- Extensive experience in site management for electrical / infrastructure projects
- Strong track record in installation & commissioning execution
- Proven leadership of large international teams
- Strong skills in planning and cost control
- Strong commitment to safety leadership
