Job Description
Total Experience: - 3-5 Years
Mandatory Skill:-
Total 3-5 years of corporate experience
Hands on with inbuilt financial tracking tools
Good analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Able to deal with US Team for sourcing and procurement
Really good experienced transactional procurement background.
Minimum 2 Years of experience in requisition & PO processing, supplier management, including preparing scorecards, reviewing contract, ISO & relevant documents, understanding risk assessments, etc.
Knowledge of use AI tools & application will be advantageous.
Having some experience helping with supplier diversity for US based teams would be good too.
Should be flexible with working in shifts
Responsibilities
Reviews and analyzes purchase requisitions
Analyzing quotations
Coordinates Purchasing activities with all departments to acquire inventory in a cost-effective and timely manner
Processes Purchase requisitions, purchase change orders and requests for quotes for suppliers
Interacts closely with vendors and suppliers to resolve all issues
Develops and investigates supply sources, issue requests for quotations, proposals or bids for those items not covered by an existing purchase arrangement
Supplier Management projects as needed
Education: -
Bachelor's degree or equivalent will Help
Diploma or any certificate course in computer basic
