Department Overview
This is the Business Administration and General Affairs department that supports the Rakuten Mobile Shop sales organization. Currently, our team consists of two people-one Assistant Manager and one member-but we are planning to expand the team due to business growth. As a cornerstone of the organization, this role plays a vital part in driving environmental improvements and operational efficiency to ensure that the sales field can perform at its maximum potential. Beyond routine tasks, you will have the opportunity to participate in improvement proposals that form the backbone of our organizational operations. Even if you do not have prior experience in General Affairs, this environment allows you to acquire "the power to move an organization" in a short period and broaden your range of future career options.

With the expansion of the Rakuten Mobile Shop business, it has become essential to strengthen the Business Administration and General Affairs functions that support the sales organization. As the organization grows, the importance of handling personnel announcements, various management tasks, portal operations, and maintaining the work environment is increasing. We are looking for someone who can not only perform routine tasks accurately but also take the initiative to organize, standardize, and streamline business workflows. We are seeking a candidate who can proactively identify issues and propose improvements while handling the practical tasks that support our organizational operations.


Position Details
In this role, you will contribute to building an operational foundation that allows the sales organization to function smoothly and productively through general affairs and business administration within the division, personnel data management, various operational maintenance, and the promotion of business improvements.

- General affairs and portal site management within the division

- Consolidation of approval requests regarding personnel announcements, and aggregation/management of organizational personnel data

- Management of mailing lists (ML), BOX, etc., and the evaluation and promotion of system implementations for increased efficiency

- Identification of issues in organizational operations, project management for problem resolution, and general environmental improvement activities to enhance productivity


Work Environment
General Affairs Team: 2 members
Breakdown: 1 Assistant Manager, 1 member


Mandatory Qualifications:

- Experience working in collaboration with internal stakeholders in roles such as General Affairs, Sales Administration, Department Assistant, Business Administration, Back-office Planning, or Administrative departments.

- Experience managing multiple requests and tasks in parallel, prioritizing them effectively, and responding accurately within deadlines.

- Experience creating management tables, summary documents, reports, and process-organization materials using Excel and PowerPoint.

- Experience in management tasks requiring high accuracy, such as handling personnel-related information, organizational data, various applications/approvals, account management, and portal operations.

- Experience identifying issues within existing business workflows and operational methods, and working on improvements such as standardization, manual creation, and efficiency enhancement.

- A proactive individual who drives tasks forward by taking the initiative to coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, rather than waiting for instructions.


Desired Qualifications:

- Experience in General Affairs within a fast-paced environment.

- Strong PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
