You will be responsible for shaping intuitive and reliable experiences in both web and mobile environments, working closely with product managers and engineers to transform complex financial flows into simple, trustworthy journeys. The position combines strong UI execution with deep UX exploration, especially in discovery, hypothesis validation, and usability testing. You will play a key role in identifying experience gaps, using data and user insights to influence product decisions and prioritize improvements. Operating in a fast-paced fintech environment, you will contribute to scalable design systems and ensure consistency across all interfaces. Your work will directly impact how users interact with essential payment journeys such as boleto, Pix, DDA, and other cash-out flows, making financial operations more seamless and accessible.
