A company that values your time outside of work just as much as your time spent at work.   What You’ll Be Doing Each Day    • Land Acquisition & Market Strategy - Identify, evaluate, and track residential land acquisition opportunities across Texas, including monitoring regional land transactions, interpreting zoning and land use regulations, and conducting competitive market and feasibility analyses. • Relationship & Stakeholder Management - Develop and maintain strategic relationships with landowners, brokers, consultants, municipalities, utility districts, and other key industry partners to source opportunities and support project execution. • Financial Underwriting & Investment Analysis - Lead underwriting efforts for potential acquisitions, including preparation of market studies, financial pro formas, and investment narratives to support acquisition decisions and maximize asset performance. • Due Diligence & Entitlement Coordination - Manage comprehensive due diligence processes, including environmental, title, survey, utility, drainage, geotechnical, and regulatory reviews to ensure risk mitigation and project viability. • Investment Committee & Strategic Planning Support - Prepare and present Investment Committee materials, including executive summaries, market overviews, site visuals, and financial analyses for both new acquisitions and ongoing projects. • Pipeline & Portfolio Management - Maintain and update land pipeline reports, lot contract summaries, and community-level pro formas to provide ongoing visibility into portfolio performance and business planning.   Who We Are  At Precedent Land Company, we believe that imagination unlocks opportunity and brings land to life. Through our experience and creativity, we design innovative residential investment solutions that maximize land potential and transform lives. Our forward-thinking approach prioritizes sustainability and responsible stewardship, enabling us to build imaginative land-use solutions. We take pride in identifying land with unparalleled potential, collaborating with visionary partners to achieve remarkable outcomes. Committed to leaving places better than we found them, we let the “good earth” guide our principles and set the standard for all that transpires upon it.     Join our team and be part of a journey that redefines groundbreaking achievements in land development!    Precedent Land Company is an equal employment opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on age, race, color, citizenship, religion, sex, national origin, disability or with respect to any other status protected under federal, state, and local laws or ordinances.
