Senior Lead – Global L&D Operations

The Senior Lead – Global L&D Operations role plays a strategic role within Global HR Delivery, responsible for leading the Global Learning Operations Support function from the India GCS. The role is accountable for consolidating the existing Learning Operations teams in India, who currently provide operational and administrative support to Regional Learning & Development teams, into one integrated global function. Working closely with Regional Learning & Development Centres of Excellence (CoEs), this role will identify opportunities to transition additional operational and administrative L&D activities into the GCS, establish consistent service delivery standards, and continuously improve operational efficiency through process standardisation, technology and automation.
