Utility Group II - Cryovac B - 2nd Shift ( JOA)

The Utility II position is an overcrew position designed to fill in for all positions at the Paygrade 4 level within a department. The Utility position may also be used to assist other departments with staffing needs.

Incumbents of the Labor Pool job family must be will to perform a variety of tasks within the operation, including, but not limited to: knife work, packing, palletizing, machine operation as well as miscellaneous tasks.
