Procurement Analyst - TSS with Chinese Language

The Procurement Manager – TSS is responsible for managing end-to-end tactical sourcing and operational procurement activities across the sourcing lifecycle, including purchase request management, RFx execution, negotiation support, contracting, supplier onboarding, and catalogue enablement. The role ensures timely, compliant, and high-quality execution of sourcing activities while partnering with business stakeholders and Global Category Managers (GCMs) to deliver procurement objectives across cost, quality, risk, and compliance.
