This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Program Manager – Sales Operations based in the United States.

This is a high-impact, strategic operations role responsible for building and scaling the sales operations function from the ground up. You will define the frameworks, processes, and systems that drive revenue planning, forecasting accuracy, and go-to-market execution across the organization. Acting as a key connector between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Delivery teams, you will ensure alignment on pipeline visibility, performance metrics, and revenue targets. The role combines strategic design with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You will play a central role in improving deal velocity, sales productivity, and overall revenue predictability. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from zero, and wants to shape how a modern sales organization operates at scale.
