Fulfillment Associate
Summary
Millennium Print Group is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to support daily receiving, shipping, inventory, and material handling operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials and products are accurately received, processed, inventoried, and shipped while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.
What You Will Do
Receiving & Inventory Support
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming freight, packages, and materials
- Verify shipments against packing slips and receiving documentation
- Identify and communicate shortages, damages, or discrepancies
- Tag, stage, palletize, and organize incoming materials
- Load and unload trucks using company-provided equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory and receiving records
- Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation
Shipping & Fulfillment Operations
- Verify products and shipments against job tickets and shipping documentation
- Prepare shipping documents including Bills of Lading and Packing Lists
- Process shipments through UPS, FedEx, and internal systems
- Coordinate outbound freight and assist with shipment tracking
- Label, organize, and stage products for shipment
- Accurately record shipping transactions and activities
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all safety, security, quality, and operational procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support inventory accuracy and fulfillment excellence
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs
What You Will Bring
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with inventory control and material handling preferred
- Forklift experience and/or forklift certification preferred
Skills and Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to read and understand shipping and receiving documentation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities
- Basic mathematical proficiency
