The Opportunity
This exciting Full Time role handles reception and administrative duties, manages appointment flow, and maintains high standards of clinic cleanliness, all while addressing varying client needs. During patient care shifts, you will assist Veterinarians and Registered Veterinary Technologists in exams, diagnostics, treatments, and surgeries, while ensuring the clinic environment remains clean and well stocked. Effective team communication and collaboration are crucial in both roles.

The Ideal Candidate
As our ideal candidate, you have:
- Availability for day shifts, plus Saturdays on a rotational basis;
- Minimum 2 years office administration experience required;
- Preference will be given to candidates with veterinary experience and/or relevant certification;
- Demonstrated interpersonal and clear English verbal and written communication;
- A positive team player attitude to enable our team to grow and flourish;
- The ability to lift 35-50 pounds without assistance;
- Strong organizational skills which allow you to stay focused and work under pressure;
- Completion of a high-school diploma
