Functional Tester - EPM

• Excellent application knowledge EPM applications - EDMCS, ARCS, FCCS, ePBCS with minimum 2 years of application testing experience
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion testing and knowledge of standard A2R business processes.
• Excellent understanding of industry standard testing processes, best practices and tools.
• Proficient in testing skills and understanding different testing types.
• Proficient in Application Lifecycle management tools such as DevOps, ALM etc.
• Knowledge of test case creation, execution and raising defects.
• Ability to manage a small team of 2-4 people.
• Must be familiar with agile ways of working with ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
• Ability to deliver with quality first mindset and maintain excellent deliverables.
• Must demonstrate the holistic approach of testing with automation-first mindset.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Should have up-to-date industry knowledge on testing and ability to work in challenging environments.
• Ready to Work in shifts to overlap with UK team
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle Fusion (O2C, P2P) or Project will be an added advantage.
• Experience in supporting functional automation will be an added advantage.

Graduate - B.Sc., B.Com, BCA, MCA, B.Tech.
