Senior Executive-Real Time Analyst-Real Time Analyst (RTA)

We are currently advertising an internal Senior Executive (RTA) permanent opportunity within our US Life & Annuities (L&A) voice department. The RTA role involves meticulous monitoring of real-time call volume and average handling time, with a focus on ensuring agent adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). This position will be a permanent role. You will be required to be flexible regarding shift times for this process.
