Role Overview

As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist I, you’ll play a vital role in delivering accurate and timely diagnostic testing to support exceptional patient care. You’ll work independently and collaboratively, ensuring compliance, precision, and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic testing and quality control procedures
• Prepare reagents and report results per policy
• Review and oversee moderate to high complexity testing
• Maintain and monitor lab equipment, supplies, and computer systems
• Deliver excellent customer service and communication
• Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

🧪Certification & Licensure

• Required: Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License
• Preferred: ASCP Certification

🎓Education

• Required: Associate’s degree
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree

📊Experience

• Preferred: 1 year of laboratory experience
