Job Description
- Design the call-center agent-assist experience and the future customer-facing omnichannel surfaces (a stated SLM target architecture priority).
- Run on a Figma + Figma Make stack (Photon's standard design toolchain β Photon is a "Cloud Code, Sigma Make, and Cursor Shop").
- Drive the omnichannel design system that supports "build once, deploy to web and mobile."
- Operate as an on-site design partner β deliberately co-located so design feedback loops match the compressed sprint cadence.
- Partner with the Product Owner on user research, journey mapping, and usability validation with actual call-center agents.
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
