Role: Security Product Manager
Location: Singapore
We are partnering with a leading organisation to hire a Security Product Manager to drive end-to-end security solutions across API security, DevSecOps, cloud workloads, and AI threat detection in a multi-cloud environment.
You will act as the bridge between security engineering and product, translating complex security capabilities into scalable, customer-centric solutions. This role focuses on use case definition, product roadmap, and productisation of security innovations.
Key Responsibilities
Define and connect security use cases across API security, cloud workloads, Kubernetes, and AI pipelines
Build and manage the security product roadmap, balancing innovation and business needs
Translate real-world threats (API abuse, container escape, AI attacks) into product features
Drive API security capabilities (authentication, rate limiting, anomaly detection)
Integrate security across DevSecOps pipelines (CI/CD, policy-as-code, SAST/DAST)
Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics
Collaborate with engineering, DevSecOps, and cloud teams to deliver scalable solutions
Support productisation of POCs and internal security innovations into production-ready features
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience in security, cloud, or platform domains
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS + Azure or GCP)
Experience with Kubernetes security (RBAC, runtime security, network policies)
Knowledge of API security (OAuth, JWT, OWASP API Top 10)
Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
Hands-on exposure to Terraform, policy-as-code, or security tooling
Basic coding knowledge (Python or Go)
Ability to translate technical security concepts into product strategy
Good to Have
Experience in AI/LLM security or adversarial ML
Exposure to runtime security (eBPF, Falco)
Background in security engineering or platform engineering
