Position Summary
The Product Manager, BrainWatch (Clinical & Evidence Strategy) is responsible for advancing the clinical credibility, evidence generation, and real-world adoption of the BrainWatch platform. This strategic role bridges Product Management, Clinical/Medical Education, and Commercial teams, ensuring that product development, clinical validation, and customer feedback are closely aligned.
This position focuses on post-market clinical research, evidence development, workflow definition, and field-driven product insights. The role ultimately owns clinical product-market fit, ensuring BrainWatch is clinically validated, workflow-aligned, and evidence-backed to support adoption and differentiation.

Clinical Evidence & Research Strategy
Define and support the clinical evidence strategy for BrainWatch in partnership with Product Management, Clinical, and Regulatory teams
Identify key evidence gaps required for adoption, reimbursement, and competitive differentiation
Support design and execution of post-market clinical studies (investigator-initiated and sponsored), data collection initiatives, and pilot programs
Partner with clinicians and internal teams to translate outputs into clinical evaluation reports, publications, podium presentations, and marketing/product claims
Define clinically meaningful, evidence-backed product claims in partnership with Regulatory and Clinical teams
Translate clinical data into clear, defensible claim frameworks for downstream use
Ensure consistency and integrity of clinical claims across all materials and studies
Clinical Use Case, Workflow & Adoption
Define and validate target clinical use cases (e.g., ICU monitoring, ED triage, step-down settings)
Map end-to-end clinical workflows to identify adoption barriers, inefficiencies, and training gaps
Partner with Product Management and downstream teams to ensure workflow needs inform product design and field execution
Design and execute early adopter and lighthouse site programs in partnership with strategic customers
Validate workflows, generate real-world evidence, and refine clinical use cases; translate learnings into scalable adoption models
Market Intelligence & Competitive Clinical Strategy
Analyse competitor clinical evidence, claims, and study designs; identify differentiation opportunities for BrainWatch
Shape evidence generation strategy to support competitive positioning and cross-functional competitive readiness
Establish structured processes to capture clinical feedback, workflow challenges, and outcome data
Translate insights into actionable product inputs and prioritized evidence generation opportunities; ensure closed-loop communication to the field
Voice of Customer & KOL Engagement (Shared Ownership)
Support and participate in advisory boards, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement activities, and product feedback sessions
Collaborate with Regional Marketing and Product teams to capture and synthesize clinician insights
Support development of clinically accurate materials (scientific presentations, study summaries, publications, clinical use cases) in partnership with Marketing and Medical Education
Ensure clinical integrity and alignment across materials.

Qualifications & Experience

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in a clinical, scientific, or biomedical field (e.g., Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or Healthcare) required; advanced degree preferred
3+ years of experience in clinical evidence strategy, medical affairs, clinical marketing, or product management in the healthcare/medical device industry
Demonstrated experience supporting post-market clinical studies, evidence generation, or clinical research programs
Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in clinical evidence or product management within the medical device industry
Experience working with cross-functional, diverse teams in a multinational, dynamic organisation
Excellent analytical capabilities and experience in gathering and interpreting clinical data and Voice of Customer (VOC) insights
Excellent communication abilities to articulate clinical value across stakeholders
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority
Experience with regulatory compliance and clinical claims in the healthcare/medical device industry
Strong understanding of evidence requirements for adoption, reimbursement, and competitive differentiation
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, see, and hear. The employee is regularly required to work on a keyboard and computer.
Work Environment: This position is designated as remote. Candidates located near one of our office locations may work in a hybrid arrangement, combining remote work with in-office presence as appropriate.
The role primarily involves working from a home office, requiring a quiet and distraction-free environment suitable for confidential work, frequent video and phone calls, and focused tasks.
The employee must have access to a reliable internet connection and an ergonomically appropriate workspace.
Typical work conditions include prolonged periods of sitting, extensive use of a computer, and frequent interaction via digital communication tools.
Travel requirements: Limited travel may be required to support team collaboration, business meetings, and key planning activities. Travel frequency will vary based on business needs.
