What you'll do
Role Description:
Work on the graphic design to develop the look and visual environment of products. Conceptualize the visual style design and develop the style and standard of the production interface.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience Mapping 6: Lead implementation and performance of techniques, such as voice of the customer initiatives, journey mapping, and qualitative touchpoint analysis, to identify customer pain points, challenges, and hurdles; advise on approaches to eliminate negative experiences and enhance customer interactions.
- Design and Conceptualization 5: Research and interpret data, trends, and benchmarks relevant to digital products/services design.
- Product/Service Development 6: Deliver defined features, functionality, or outcomes from a designated part of the development/engineering program, selecting the best available approach within established systems.
- Customer Experiences Implementation 5: Support the implementation of differentiating customer experience initiatives, tools, and processes, including customer experience testing.
- Brand Positioning 5: Ensure the application of brand guidelines and brand templates and inform the organization on the importance of brand alignment and positioning.
