Job Description

RM- Private Equity- BFIG

ØOriginate new business from domestic and international private equity and real estate funds to drive fee income (FX, custody, escrow, CMS) and maintain strong CASA balances.

 

ØSupport origination of private equity–linked financing opportunities and expand the bank’s client portfolio.

 

ØManage and nurture relationships with existing private equity, real estate fund, and financial consultancy clients.

 

ØIdentify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to deepen client engagement and enhance revenue generation.

 

ØDrive end-to-end transaction execution and ensure seamless coordination across internal teams.

 

ØLiaise with cross-functional teams including Credit, CAD, Treasury, Custody, Escrow, CMS, and Operations for smooth account management.

 

ØOversee ongoing account management activities and ensure timely resolution of client requirements and operational issues.
ØM.B.A from reputed institutes or C.A or CFA.
 
ØOverall work experience in banking and financial services of around 6-10 years with hands-on experience of at least 3-5 years as a business development Relationship Manager sourcing asset, fx, trade and liability related products.
 
ØSound background knowledge of financial sector at large with specific experience of private equity banking and FDI custody segment in particular will be preferred.
 
ØSound sales orientation with persistence and drive to break into sticky business.
 
ØStrong domain expertise with asset, fx, trade and cash management services is necessary
