Job Description
Job Purpose
- The job holder responsible for system operation: Directly performing monitoring activities, handling incidents, ensuring network infrastructure systems operate stably, safely and with high availability.
- The job holder responsible for user support: Directly support users in daily activities, ensuring users' problems are handled as quickly as possible, meeting their business needs.
Key Accountabilities
Responsibility in system operation:
- Perform normal operational tasks: Monitor and report the daily operating status of the telecommunications system (healthy daily checklist)
- Perform special operational tasks: Troubleshooting, problems, performing backup testing.
- Manage and update CMDB for the system.
- System status report.
- Update system operating documents.
- Research and deploy solutions to optimize system capacity
- Improve work processes to improve operational efficiency
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in Information Technology
Work Experience
- Have worked in the IT field for at least 5 years
- Having at least 3 years of experience in providing network services in large organizations, especially banks
Foreign language
- English, Level 1/ or as prescribed by TCB from time to time.
Other requirements
- International Certificate of System
