Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be required to:

-Accurately enter orders for all customers.
-Polite and timely response to a heavy volume of customer phone calls, voicemails and e-mails.
-Complete customer care follow through to resolve outstanding issues
-Resolution of complaints to customer satisfaction.
-Collaborates with other departments to efficiently resolve outstanding matters.
-Communicates with customers regarding their orders, which may involve investigation of prior paperwork and e-mails.

-You've an excellent communicator.
-You've detail oriented and takes ownership
-You've more than 3 years of experience in Customer Service and order processing.
-You've experience with consumer products companies and retail customers.
-You've good knowledge in photography or digital imaging.
