Area Sales Manager International

BLM GROUP is seeking an International Area Sales Manager to lead the commercial development of assigned markets through direct client management and coordination of the local sales network. We are looking for a professional with solid experience in the sale of industrial machinery and the management of international sales networks, capable of growing the business, building valuable partnerships, and supporting agents and subsidiaries in achieving their growth objectives. This individual will serve as the commercial point of contact for the assigned geographic area, contributing to business expansion and the consolidation of BLM GROUP’s presence in international markets. Residence in Italy is required, as well as a willingness to travel periodically to the company’s offices in Cantù (CO) and Levico Terme (TN). Key Responsibilities Develop and strengthen BLM GROUP’s presence in assigned international markets Manage and grow the customer portfolio by identifying new business opportunities Coordinate, support, and develop the sales network of agents and business partners Set goals, monitor performance, and foster the growth of the sales network’s skills Manage complex technical and commercial negotiations and negotiate strategic agreements with customers and stakeholders Collaborate with the Marketing, Service, and Technical Sales departments to ensure the best customer experience Monitor the market and the competition, contributing to the future development of the company’s offerings.
