Job Description

Lead and grow the sales team in Beirut, driving revenue through strategic account management and new business acquisition across the Lebanese market.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Grow customer base by 20% year-over-year
  • Maintain 95%+ client retention rate
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Increase average deal size by 15% annually
Required Qualifications
  • 6 to 10 years of sales experience
  • 2+ years in a sales management or team lead role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience in the Lebanese/Beirut market
  • Team management
  • CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Data analysis and reporting
