Safety Officer

Direct and coordinate functions of Hospital-wide safety programs as well as safety surveillance and safety training programs for hospital employees. A key member of the hospital’s Safety/Environment of Care Committee, he is given the necessary authority in writing by executive management to intervene when conditions pose a threat to health, life or the physical environment.
