Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer contact information is accurate and up to date.
  • Validate customer account attributes and maintain appropriate customer flags (e.g., Portal Customer).
  • Maintain and update key customer contact roles, including PORESP, PORESPCL, eBilling, and Dunning contacts.
  • Monitor and track early payment discounts.
  • Manage document uploads and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) on Ariba.
  • Send pre-collections emails with invoice attachments for MT invoices.
  • Create and manage O2I and Invoice Delivery/Portal Upload support tickets.
  • Coordinate with the O2I team on a weekly basis to track invoices exceeding USD 1 million scheduled for issuance.
  • Prepare and distribute customer statements and invoices.
  • Send escheatment notifications for outstanding long-term customer credits.
  • Perform less complex collections activities, including customer follow-up calls on overdue invoices.
