Project Role : Full Stack Engineer
Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.
Must have skills : Java Full Stack Development
Good to have skills : Spring Boot
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves managing the complete lifecycle of system features, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to backend processes. The role requires delivering innovative solutions that enhance client services by applying a cloud-first and agile approach. Daily activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges and continuously exploring new technologies to improve system performance and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Assist junior team members in understanding project requirements and technical challenges.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable web applications.
- Familiarity with cloud-based development and deployment practices.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
