Vendor Management Specialist

**Seeking candidates that reside in CA**   Position Summary:   The Vendor Management Specialist assists with maintenance of the vendor network which includes contractors and service providers that support the claims process. They will monitor performance and compliance with service-level standards, and address escalations or quality issues. In working closely with adjusters and leadership, they will ensure vendors deliver timely, cost-effective, and high-quality services that align with company guidelines and enhance the policyholder experience during property claims.
