How you will make an impact
The role as Global Mobility & Payroll Manager is part of a strategic transformation initiative to ensure specialized knowledge in-house for legal compliance within Global Payroll. The role is focused around the framework of managing international compliance within tax, social security and shadow payroll for our cross border assignments.
As part of our team and as a trusted partner to the business you will get a highly dynamic work life. Together with our team you will juggle multiple tasks, including
- Support the future development of Global Mobility in Arla
- Manage implementation and integration of Global Payroll Processes
- Leading end-to-end delivery of Global Payroll process for assignments
- Act as a trusted advisor to payroll, HR BP, managers, and key stakeholders
- Drive key relocations across multiple markets
What will make you successful?
You are a proactive, results-driven professional with a strong stakeholder mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, global environment. You bring experience in Global Mobility and cross border compliance – especially shadow payroll is an advantage. You possess a “yes-we-can” attitude, are solution-orientated and most importantly; a team player.
Furthermore you
- Have experience in Global Payroll or Global Mobility.
- Bring minimum 5 years of relevant experience within Global Mobility.
- Understanding of international taxation and social security (A1).
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
- Professional stakeholder management with both internal and external stakeholders.
