Senior Product Analyst - Workday
The TJX Companies, the leading off-price apparel and home fashions retailer in the U.S. and the world is looking for a Senior Product Analyst (Workday) to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) Solution Delivery team which is responsible for software and systems that support TJX’s world-class Global Human Resources and Payroll organizations. This role will support the team that designs, configures, and delivers the Global Workday Human Capital Management solution.
Job Description
What you’ll do
Contributes to project team backlog refinement, including user story point estimation and testing considerations
Leads functional feature discovery efforts for Core HR
Analyzes complex business processes, and defines integrated business and solution requirements using industry standard methodologies and techniques
Coordinates functional and non-functional testing to support solution validation
Maintain and update functional documentation to reflect changes in the Core HCM system and business processes.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience with, and strong understanding of Product Ownership for Agile Scrum Teams
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent IT Delivery skillset/training/experience
2+ years’ experience working on a large, global platform of Workday HCM with Core HR focus
Experience with Workday Reports
Hands on configuration experience with Workday business processes, calculated fields and condition rules and managing EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder)
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think independently
Strong listening and communication skills (written, verbal)
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Core HCM processes with other Workday modules. Knowledge of other Workday modules is a plus.
Ability to collaborate with engineering to ensure smooth and accurate data flow between Core HCM and other modules/systems, providing functional inputs as needed.
Preferred Experience
Experience working in multi-country environments, with awareness of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and Works Council requirements.
Familiarity with Workday hierarchies (e.g., supervisory orgs, cost centers, location hierarchies).
Understanding of Workday security roles, data privacy, and compliance.
Hands-on experience with Workday calculated fields and condition rules
Workday Core HCM certification is preferred but not required.
SAFe Certification preferred.
