We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Clerk to support the daily administrative operations of our Hyderabad office. The Office Clerk will play an important role in ensuring smooth office functioning by handling clerical duties, coordinating office logistics, supporting staff, and assisting with facility-related tasks. This role will also help manage access control systems, visitors, meeting room coordination, and digital signage within the office.

What you’ll be doing…

Administrative & Office Operations

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and package deliveries.

  • Provide administrative support to office staff and management when required.

  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder supplies as necessary.

  • Coordinate with vendors for office services such as cleaning, maintenance, and deliveries.

  • Support day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient workplace.

  • Assist with basic facility coordination and office logistics.

  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors when required.

  • Ensure pantry supplies are stocked and organized.

  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and pantry areas.

Visitor Coordination & Access Management

  • Manage visitor check-in and check-out processes.

  • Coordinate guest access badges and guide visitors to meeting rooms or appropriate staff.

  • Assist in managing employee and visitor access badges and permissions.

  • Maintain records of access credentials and coordinate with security teams for updates.

  • Help ensure compliance with office security policies.

Meeting Room Management

  • Ensure meeting rooms are properly prepared and maintained before and after meetings.

  • Assist with basic meeting setup such as arranging seating or coordinating equipment.

Digital Signage & Office Communication

  • Manage and update digital signage displays across the office.

  • Ensure company announcements, events, and office communications are properly displayed.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to update content when needed.

Recordkeeping & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate administrative records and logs.

  • Assist with office compliance documentation where applicable.

  • Support audits or reporting related to office operations.

Qualities you possess

You’re a self-starter, a problem solver, have excellent time-management skills and are open and collaborative. Plus, you’ve got the following skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office environment.

  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to support multiple office functions.

  • Flexible working hours to synch up with US based teams

  • Must be able to lift and move 22 kilos

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in administration is preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
