Job Responsibilities
- Oversees multiple transaction accounting or valuation engagements simultaneously.
- Manages engagement teams and reviews financial models and technical reports.
- Interfaces with client management to gather information and discuss findings.
- Applies strong financial modeling and accounting judgment.
- Supports development and coaching of junior professionals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 6–9 years of experience.
- Demonstrated project and team management capability.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, CFA, ASA, ABV, or progress toward credential.
- Experience in valuation or complex transaction accounting.
