Job Title: Manager, Operations Support
Job Summary:
The Operations Support Manager includes supervising employees, assessing the efficiency and technical proficiency of the team, and ensuring staff safety when working in potentially hazardous settings like a warehouse environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organizing, a planning, allocating resources and managing the daily operations of the business.
- Evaluate the divisions performance and develop strategies for performance improvements.
- Ensure that compliance to policies and procedures is maintained by the team members.
- Drives performance metrics to ensure service processes and procedures support business objectives.
- Analyzes performance trends to determine areas for improvement and raise performance expectations where appropriate.
- Manages resources and people processes, performance reviews, career development, training and staffing to ensure the day to day administration of processes and formal procedures.
- Conducts frequent performance evaluations.
- Conducts service trend analyses to determine the best service improvement strategies.
Job Requirements:
- U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
- Experience supervising employees - Preferred
- Bachelors Degree- Preferred
