As a Glo Fiber Retail Sales & Customer Solutions Representative, you’ll help customers choose reliable, high-speed fiber internet while building a rewarding sales career with a team that invests in your success. High performers in this role have the opportunity to earn $80,000+ annually through base salary, uncapped commission, and performance-based earnings.   What You’ll Gain Base salary + uncapped commission Paid training with ongoing coaching and team support Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company contribution Paid time off, holidays, and more   There is no cap on earnings — motivated team members have the opportunity to grow their income as they grow their customer base.   About the Opportunity In this customer-facing role, you’ll engage with customers in the Glo Fiber store and by phone, helping them understand their options and choose services that fit their needs. You’ll serve as a trusted guide, a problem solver, and a brand ambassador for Glo Fiber in the community.   What You’ll Do Welcome and assist customers through face-to-face interactions in the Glo Fiber store Provide sales and  service support through our inbound customer call queue and make outbound warm calls to potential customers Ask thoughtful questions, identify customer needs, and recommend Glo Fiber solutions Build relationships, follow up with customers, and grow your customer base Use the sales techniques learned through paid training to meet and exceed goals Process customer payments by credit card and cash   Training & Support from Day One Paid onboarding and product training Sales coaching, shadowing, and ongoing support A collaborative team environment where you can learn, grow, and win together   You won’t be expected to figure it out on your own — we’ll help you build the knowledge, confidence, and sales skills to succeed.   You’ll Thrive Here If You Are Goal-driven and motivated by performance-based earnings A strong communicator who builds rapport easily Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently Customer-focused, professional, and excited to represent Glo Fiber in the community   What Success Looks Like Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets Building strong customer relationships through follow-up and service Working a 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. schedule with rotating Saturdays Representing Glo Fiber as a trusted brand ambassador in the store and community   Why Glo Fiber At Glo Fiber, you’ll be part of a growing brand that helps connect communities with fast, reliable fiber internet.
