High performers in this role have the opportunity to earn $80,000+ annually through base salary, uncapped commission, and performance-based earnings.

About the Opportunity
In this customer-facing role, you’ll engage with customers in the Glo Fiber store and by phone, helping them understand their options and choose services that fit their needs. You’ll serve as a trusted guide, a problem solver, and a brand ambassador for Glo Fiber in the community.
What You’ll Do
Welcome and assist customers through face-to-face interactions in the Glo Fiber store
Provide sales and service support through our inbound customer call queue and make outbound warm calls to potential customers
Ask thoughtful questions, identify customer needs, and recommend Glo Fiber solutions
Build relationships, follow up with customers, and grow your customer base
Use the sales techniques learned through paid training to meet and exceed goals
Process customer payments by credit card and cash
Training & Support from Day One
Paid onboarding and product training
Sales coaching, shadowing, and ongoing support

Working a 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. schedule with rotating Saturdays
