Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a USCIS Interview Staff Attorney based in the United States.
This role is centered on one of the most impactful stages of the immigration process: the USCIS interview. You will work directly with clients preparing for and attending their interviews, ensuring they are equipped to clearly present their personal history and case details in high-stakes legal settings. The position combines client advocacy, legal preparation, and real-time representation, requiring both strong interpersonal skills and courtroom-ready composure. You will collaborate closely with internal legal and operations teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and continuity across cases. This is a mission-driven role where your work directly contributes to helping individuals and families secure stability and legal status. It involves regular interaction with emotionally complex cases and requires empathy, structure, and precision. You will also travel within assigned regions to support clients across multiple USCIS offices.
