Job Summary
Vasona Creek Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. You will provide high-quality, compassionate care to our residents. This role requires clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for patient advocacy.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and progress.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Supervise Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred but not required.
