ADAS Strategy Director

The ADAS Strategy Director is Ford’s global leader for Active Driver Assist Systems strategy within the Technology Platform for Hardware & Cycle Planning. This role defines the ADAS technology platform and feature roadmap—compute, sensing, software, and experiences—while managing cost, complexity, and investment across the global portfolio. The director works closely with engineering, product, and executive leadership and leads competitive intelligence and benchmarking to ensure Ford remains at the forefront of ADAS and software-defined vehicle capabilities.
