Shipping and Receiving Associate

Summary of the role

General Summary:

Shipping and Receiving functions related to incoming and outgoing supplies and product.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving  packages
• Shipping packages
• Reviewing packing slips
• Reviewing Certificates of Compliance, Certificates of Conformance, Certificates of analysis
•  Reviewing and preparing shipping Labels
• Following a Shipping Schedule
• Reviewing the label review check forms
• Maintaining the shipping material supplies
• Utilize computer software and hardware to prepare documentation to ship Items.
• Maintain shipping and receiving files
• Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Must be detail oriented

Requirements:

• Education:

• Be able to read, write and speak fluent English, additional languages a plus.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent ex[erience
• Experience with shipping and receiving, warehouse activities a plus
• Be able to work well with others and have good communication skills

• Physical:

• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
