Family Specialist - Wraparound (Part-time)

Do you want to make a positive difference in the lives of youth? If yes, join the great team of people at Koinonia Family Services in our post-adoption wraparound program serving the Modesto area. We are looking for a part-time Family Specialist to serve families who have adopted children/youth out of the foster care system, and are experiencing challenges with the child’s/youth’s behavioral and mental health. The Family Specialist works directly with youth and families to model positive behavior and implement targeted behavioral interventions to enhance stability, safety and well-being. This includes working directly in the family’s home and community to provide support and interventions.
